OFFICE POLICIES

  • Gift Certificates and Gift Cards:Non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities.

  • Packages: Purchasing packages requires 50% down at the time of purchase and the remainder of the package balance prior to first treatment.  All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Any unused portion of a package will be forfeited unless arrangements have been made with the provider. If approval has been granted, an account credit for the pro-rated share of the unused treatments may be used toward another FULL PRICE treatment and must be used within one calendar year from original purchase date.

  • We offer goods and services that are irrevocable.  Therefore, we do not issue refunds for any product or service that has been injected or used in your treatment.  Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed.  Clients are responsible for further treatments needed to achieve further results.

  • Products: We do not offer refunds on products purchased

​

  • Medications: In accordance with federal law, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on prescription products for any reason.

​

  • No-Shows will result in a cancellation fee and will be charged $50.00. We do not accept CareCredit for appointment deposits. In the event that a patient has a history of two or more no-shows or cancellations, patient may be subject to pay full service price to schedule per management’s discretion.

  • Late Arrival: We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you call to inform us if that ever occurs, so we can do our best to accommodate you. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment time, your appointment may be rescheduled.

​

  • Weight Loss Consult Appts: If you are not able to complete paperwork prior to scheduled appointment, please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time to complete paperwork or answer any questions about your service you may have.
