Hormone Optimization

At The Cru Clinic, we believe in enhancing the quality of life for every patient. Our Hormone Optimization Program is designed specifically for men and women who want to reclaim balance, vitality, and overall well-being.

What is hormone optimization

Hormone optimization focuses on restoring hormonal balance to help address common symptoms associated with hormone deficiencies or imbalances. These symptoms can include:

  • Fatigue and low energy

  • Mood swings or irritability

  • Decreased libido

  • Weight gain or difficulty losing weight

  • Brain fog or memory issues

  • Poor sleep quality

Pellet Therapy: The Core of Our Program

At The Cru Clinic, we specialize in pellet therapy, a cutting-edge approach to bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). Pellet therapy delivers consistent, long-lasting results by using small, custom-compounded hormone pellets inserted just under the skin.

Why Choose Pellet Therapy?

Pellet therapy stands out as one of the most effective and convenient options for hormone optimization:

  • Mimics Natural Rhythms: Bioidentical hormones delivered through pellets most closely mimic the body’s natural hormonal rhythms, ensuring smooth and consistent levels throughout the day.

  • Steady Hormone Levels: Pellets release hormones gradually, mimicking your body’s natural rhythms, avoiding the peaks and troughs associated with other therapies.

  • Long-Lasting Results: Unlike creams or injections, pellets require only a few treatments per year, providing months of balance with each insertion.

  • Personalized for You: Each pellet is custom-compounded based on your specific hormone needs, determined through comprehensive lab testing and evaluation.

Benefits of Pellet Therapy

Patients who undergo pellet therapy often experience:

  • Enhanced energy and stamina

  • Improved emotional well-being and mood stability

  • Restored libido and sexual satisfaction

  • Easier weight management and fat loss

  • Better sleep quality

  • Reduced symptoms of menopause, such as hot flashes and night sweats

The Process

Pellet therapy is quick, simple, and virtually painless:

  1. Lab Work & Consultation: Your journey starts with lab testing and an in-depth consultation to determine your unique hormone levels.

  2. Custom Pellet Formulation: Your provider prescribes a pellet tailored to your needs.

  3. Insertion Appointment: The pellet is inserted into the fatty tissue of your hip or buttocks through a tiny incision. The procedure takes just a few minutes, with minimal downtime.
